RASA DH1200 is working in Manila

Commissioning of RASA DH1200

The DH1200 manufactured by RASA Industries is a slurry type of machine with a back door and a cutter disc designed for mixed ground. Powered by a 400KVA generator, the 3×22 KW machine with 2x55KW pumps was successfully commissioned. Hydraulic jacks are 4x2000KN with 1000mm stroke.

Launching

DH1200 jacking machine was successfully launched on October 11th 2018 in Valenzuela project with a DN1200mm concrete jacking pipe.

Retrieving

After approximately 120m drive in Adobe type of soil, the machine safely arrived at the shaft on November 9th. The maximum pushing force was around 480 tons.
